Where the numbers come from.

Energy needs

  • Published estimate from age, height, weight and activity
  • Your dietitian reviews recent changes, intake and movement
  • A range is set, not a fixed number

Protein and key nutrients

  • Standards for your age and life stage
  • Adjusted for goals, activity and health conditions
  • Checked against what you actually eat

Food and portion estimates

  • Current product label when available
  • Otherwise a regional food database
  • Values vary by brand, preparation and portion

If a value is unknown, Eatopia does not invent it.

Guidance for health conditions

  • A condition never triggers an automatic diet
  • Your dietitian selects the relevant guidance
  • Checked against symptoms, treatment and medications

What we do not calculate

  • No diagnoses or prescriptions
  • No laboratory testing or biological age
  • Never a replacement for medical care

If you share existing laboratory results, your dietitian may consider them during review. Eatopia does not perform the test.
